Extraneous Third Parm in Stored Procedure Datawindows

I've noticed in PB 2022 R3 build 3397 a new parameter added to the SP arguments when I rebuilt the datasource Stored Procedure.

Before:
 procedure="1 execute dba.emp_leave_accruals;0 @employee_number = :employee_number, @thispayroll_enddate = :thispayroll_enddate" arguments=(("employee_number", string), ("thispayroll_enddate", date)) )

After:
 procedure="1 execute dba.emp_leave_accruals;0 @employee_number = :employee_number, @thispayroll_enddate = :thispayroll_enddate" arguments=(("employee_number", string, "fxcUCHxxHdfKQqD5/FKT4IBfntcxO4rhOQE6s0kLUVm454L/2D++S+cjGCwHIDRfWY8gzm+sr9PsMR8SR1VnLssoSb/6lCzLlz8hthispayroll_enddate"),("thispayroll_enddate", date, "UmcYhp9e5HBiVr2VtVZRrof89H9FUj400aap/D1QLIoVcetVT2aH/XWfSa/sw/ItkDDZ1bxutVKaLSfwdJESkprk=")) )

In another SP datawindow, the 3rd parameter of the first argument had Chinese.

None of these extra parameters affected the DW performance or function. They spontaneously appeared. Each datawindow was painted with the same PowerBuilder version. Why are these extra parms appearing and how do I stop them?
