Error writing object information

We are using PB 2022 R3. We have 10 PBLs, standalone desktop application. Application APP.exe being created as expected and maintained in the same path as where PBLs and DLLs are present after deployment. Recently PowerClient was upgraded in IDE. Today when we deploy the same application after build [ small change in one of scripts in one of the PBLs], getting below error

We never had this issue before. Is this because of Powerclient upgrade in the IDE is causing this issue or can you guide me to resolve this issue.

One other thing i have noticed, while creating executables [deployment process], under 'Inspecting application dependencies' only one PBL was present instead of all 10 PBLs.  All i did was small change to script and build\deploy process like always i do but this time i am getting error    

 Obfuscation of the various method names, variable names, c... Why save as xlsx cannot work for PB2022 on WIN2016 server
