We have several libraries of reports and queries in InfoMaker, accessing a Sybase 16.0 database. Many of these objects have datetime parameters that ask the user for input at run-time. We are just testing migrating from InfoMaker 2022 R2 to R3 due to required compatibility with .Net 4.8.1. Sybase typically accepts all sorts of date formats, and from a 20 year habit, I typically use 01-jan-2025 for example. This had worked for most of those 20 years until now, when R3 doesn't understand that and I get a conversion error. I'm trying to find if there is some setting whose value I need to set / modify to allow that format to continue working.
If I input 2025-01-01 it happily accepts it and continues. I'm just worried about hundreds of reports / queries that might have some hardcoded dates in them for some reason and whether they may stop working too.
