Creating an exe file from PB project

Ok, I'm ready to move from the PB2025 IDE to an exe file in my conversion from PB6.0 to PB2025.   I have tried to both "build" and "deploy".   Build finishes without errors but I get the following error message when I try to "deploy":

  ---------- Deploy: Deploy of workspace pos_bci   (3:24:48 PM)
 ---------- Deploy of target till_2025
 --------- Deploying project cashreg
The current library list is different from the library list contained within this project. The project library list has been updated. Refresh build options for the changed list and try again.
 ---------- Done Deploy of target till_2025
 ---------- Finished Deploy of workspace pos_bci   (3:24:49 PM)
 ---------- Elapsed: 00:00.439

When I view the library lists, the appear to point to the proper PBL.   Not sure where to poke it!
