Resolved Converting from Workspace to Solution: Compilation failed, code = -3

After I installed the PB 2025 Released verision Build 3683, the convertion from workspace to solution fails:

In Windows Logs - Application the error occurs:

It worked with the BETA verison. I shall also inform that after the BETA version there has been more restrictions on our workstations. We don't have fullly administartor acces (Windows 11 and company policy). So I can't use procmon out of the box. I have to request for administrator access from the corporate technology department and it will take a while to get that access.

There are no other antivirus programs running on my workstation besides Windows Virus & Threat Protection.

Do you hav any ideas?
