CheckBox / RadioButton controls rendered misaligned — reproduces in IDE and compiled apps

Affected versions: Reproduces identically in PowerBuilder 2023 and PowerBuilder 2025 (both the IDE/painters and compiled 32-bit EXE output).

Summary: CheckBox and RadioButton controls — both native window controls and CheckBox/RadioButton DataWindow columns — render with the glyph (check square / radio circle) visually shifted/misaligned relative to its label text. This is observed across the entire application, in the PowerBuilder IDE itself, and independent of PowerBuilder version (2023 and 2025 both affected, painter and compiled EXE both affected).

Where it reproduces: Only on one specific workstation. Colleagues running the same PowerBuilder version(s) and the same application on their own machines do not see this issue.

Confirmed environment on the affected machine:

Windows 11 Pro, build 10.0.26200
Display scaling: 100% (AppliedDPI = 96 via HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics)
Windows "Text Scale Factor" (Ease of Access → Display → text size): confirmed at 100 — ruled out as a factor (was temporarily 108, resetting to 100 did not resolve the issue)
Multi-monitor setup: one 3440×1440 display, one 1280×800 display
GPU: Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics, driver 32.0.101.7085
Steps to reproduce:

On the affected workstation, open any PowerBuilder window (IDE painter or compiled app) containing CheckBox / RadioButton controls, or a DataWindow with a CheckBox/RadioButton column type.
Observe that the checkbox/radiobutton glyph is shifted/misaligned relative to its text label.
Expected behavior: Checkbox/RadioButton glyph aligns correctly with its label, as seen on other machines with the same PowerBuilder version and application.

Actual behavior: Glyph and label are misaligned/shifted, affecting every checkbox and radio button across the whole application and the IDE, on this one machine only.
