I have an error in a function. When I try to edit the function the painter refuses saying that it must first be successfully regenerated. Which I can't do because of the error.
Where do I go from here?
Oh ... the error is "Function with no value returned used in expression". I found TWO instances of this "function" one declared as a function, and the other for some reason declared as a subroutine. I deleted the one declared as the subroutine, but apparently it's ghost is still haunting me. OR it's because things haven't been successfully regenerated. Because of the error. From the subroutine that is no longer present. I think this ties back into the issue about regenerating vs. refreshing vs. rebuilding.
