Button style different on window and datawindow

Hello,

we are working with PB 2022 R3.

I have noticed that the buttons within a data window have a different hover style than a button object directly on the window.
On the datawindow (1) when I move the mouse over the button, I have only a  blue rectangle, the background does not change.
On the window (2) the button has the blue border an the background changes to a light blue.
There is no theme active, and the behaviour is on Windows 10 (11 not tested).
In PB 2021 a hovered button looked the same on window and on datawindow.
I checked the settings but could not find anything to set the behaviour that both buttons have the same hover behaviour.
Did I miss anything?
Is this an intended "feature" or should I create a bug ticket?
