Application Performance issues with PS 2022 R3

I'm reaching out to discuss an important issue we're experiencing post our migration from PS 2020 to PS 2022 R3. We've noticed that all our applications are running extremely slow on our office laptops compared to the PS 2020 version. Interestingly, the same applications do not exhibit such drastic performance issues when run from our personal laptops.

After some investigation, we've identified that the Forcepoint Endpoint application running on our office laptops is the likely culprit slowing things down. When IT temporarily disabled this application, we observed a significant improvement in performance. We were informed that the REST APIs are causing these extreme performance issues when security is turned on.

This issue isn't limited to just us; all our clients are facing similar problems and are extremely dissatisfied. We are currently unaware of the specific security applications they are using.

My question to everyone is, have you encountered this issue before, and how can we alleviate it? Any insights or suggestions you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
