Application gets irresposive at random times

Hello,

Since migration to PB2019 we are having a strange issue that occurs usually after some response window being closed and focus returns to the main MDI frame. Application becomes irresponsive for about 1 to 2 minutes, CPU shows 13-15% occupancy and after this pause everything gets back to normal. Debugging shows that this pause occurs exactly when the window close even is being executed, even if the event does not carry any special code. It's not related to database locking either as it happens also with windows that don't contain any DB operations.

What makes it more annoying that it's entirely random - the same window may get closed normally and cause the "pause" after few minutes of normal operation.
