Activating different events on the same ribbonbar menu item click

Hi

We have a ribbon bar button which have three menu items: A, B and C. C is disabled. After clicking on A, A will also be disabled and will be enabled only when there are changes in the page. 

So, when we click on A, make some more changes in the page and click on A, we sometimes observe the events for B and C activating. We debugged and found out that the value for index for the menu click event is for B or C in these scenarios.

We checked our code and removed all the code for menu item visibility changes for the menus under this button. We even removed Enabling and Disabling code for all the menu items. 

The wrong event is still activated sometimes.

We also noticed that when we click the menu item fast/double-click and move towards the other menus to get to the sheet, the wrong menu item is activated with increasing regularity. 

Can you please provide us with advice on how to resolve this?
