Good Morning!
I have a local machine with a thermal printer (Dieboold), printing normally when I am locally, but when the user using the system via TS on a Windows Server 2016, it gives a printing error (communication error).
Could you help me solve this problem?

Hi Marco,

Yes, this seems as a Citrix issue. And a very common one too. You might need the updated virtual printer drivers from Citrix. I also suggest to check on a Citrix forum.

This sounds like a Citrix config Issue instead of PB specific issue. I would recommend asking this on a Citrix site or open support ticket with Citrix.
