Hello everyone,

I was wondering if it is possible to save a datawindow as an image? The SaveAsType-constant offers EMF!, but then we have to rely on another tool to create an image from the vector file.

We have created a datawindow with some business logic to draw arrows, etc... . Rather than having to re-create this view in our website, (at this moment) we call a service which provides us with an image of said datawindow by using an image printer. We were hoping to get rid of this printer. I have attached an example.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Thomas;

   One alternative that I've used before is the free & open source ImageMagick software. It has the ability to convert a PDF file into an image file.

FYI: https://jdhao.github.io/2019/11/20/convert_pdf_to_image_imagemagick

Food for thought.  HTH. ;-)

Regards .... Chris
