Hello,

With NativePDF, a customer complains to have an overflow of the detail text under the footer which contains a png image. The PDF is well generated with PDFCreator. I tried to change some properties like PDFStandard, customSize, etc ... without success.

It seems that the problem is related to the size of the detail and the footer.

Is this a problem we have already encountered? Is there a parameter to avoid it?

I have attached an example

Thanks in advance.

Pierre

Hello Chris,

I would like to follow up on the PDF generation issue we previously discussed, as the client has raised an escalation regarding this matter.

The problem seems to be related to the client's data, and it's quite impossible to reproduce the issue on a small test application due to data confidentiality concerns.

As a solution, the client has suggested that Appeon connects to their site to observe the behavior firsthand. I would like to know your thoughts on this proposed approach and if it is feasible.

Thank you.

Hi Pierre;

Recording a simple video would be the route that I would recommend. Then you could then attach that to a support ticket. However, without a simple test case, I cannot see Engineering being able to help unless they can trace it.

Hi Pierre;

  If this PDF issue is easily re-creatable and you have a small PB App Test Case for this issue, I would suggest opening a Support Ticket and then attaching the test case to this ticket for Appeon Engineering to further study.
