Hi

I compiled my application in CloudPro with PowerServer as Web only and configured the setting to run as IWA.

It all worked fine but I just didn't see the desktop icon I was told that would be created for the app.

Please advise.

Thanks!

CJ

Hi CJ;

  IWA icons are located here in the PS Toolkit's "Application Profile", as follows ...

Hi Chris

Is there anywhere else I needed to modify?

I did all what you recommended. I loaded a 256x256 ico image. Run as IWA after a full compile and still don't see an icon on my desktop.

Hi CJ;

FYI: I just retested this feature under the PS2020 release and indeed, the icon is missing from the desktop short-cut after deployment (ie: http://localhost/....../iwarunner.html).

Please open a support ticket for this issue.

Hi CJ,

Please modify the settings found in the PowerServer Toolkit.   Select the app you wish to modify and click “Edit”. The select the tab “Runtime Settings”. And the click on “IWA app settings”.

After saving the changes, you need to re-deploy your app again. Then click on “Run as IWA”.

Regards,
