Resolved Infomaker Nested Report Failed

Hi,

I have a report in Infomaker that I can run/preview in the pbl.  However, when the other users try to run the report, they both gets the same error:   Load of the nested report XXXX failed.   XXXX is the name of the nested report.  Please help!

HI Chris,

Windows 11 Enterprise 22H2

OS Build:  22621.1702

I am deploying the pbl to end users on a shared drive.

It might be because IM 2019 is *not* certified for W11 use. You would need to upgrade to IM 2022 to be that O/S version compatible.

The next sanity check would be verify if all the reports ( parent & children) - aka nested - are in that same PBL library that you are deploying.

Hi Ray;

  In order you help you further, you will need to give us a lot more details on this issue. For example:

  • What version & build of IM are you using?
  • On what version & build of MS-Windows are you developing on?
  • On what version & build of MS-Windows are you deploying to?
  • How is your IM report being deployed to the other developers / users?
