Hi,

We have a Ribbonbar where Add has been allocated the shortcut Ctrl+A.

Our users wish to change this to Ctrl++, but I get an error message in the toolbar editor when I try this:

The 'Shortcut' attribute is invalid - The value 'Ctrl++' is invalid according to its datatype 'Shortcut' - The Enumeration constraint failed.

Is it possible to have Ctrl++ as a shortcut in a ribbonbar?

Regards,

Michael Connell.

Hi Michael,

The Shortcut key solution of Ribbonbar is implemented according to the shortcut key in Menu, that is, the shortcut key is limited to list values (F1~F12,A~Z,0~9,Del,Ins), so it is not supported at present.

If you have a new requirement, please open a ticket through our support portal at https://www.appeon.com/standardsupport/newbug.

Best Regards,

Peter
