I have a Surface Pro with 2736x1824 resolution and 200% text size, (recommended values), but the font is small for my eyes.
If I increase the scale 225% PowerBuilder looks blurry, bigger the texts but blurry.

Any solutions?

In this article there is a solution but it is not perfect:

you can also simply drop the resolution down from 2736x1824 to something that allows you to read without changing text size.  that is what i ended up doing with my surface

Thanks for the alternative, the Windows 10 is cleaner, I think it must be a solution to be made by Appeon in the IDE. When will the new IDE come out?

In the past, when complaining about DPI with 1920x1080 res. and 125% scaling, I found a solution which was based upon replacing the W10 display DPI driver with the windows 8.x version. That seemed to do the trick.

Maybe it still works?
