Hi,

    I have upgraded from 2019 R2 to R3 and created a build for our application. When the user try access the exe getting the below error.  I have updated the 2019 R3 version runtime dll's to my source path. I am able to access the application from my machine without any issue(without updating the application exe folder dll's).

Under System option,  I am able to see only 19.2.0.2670.

Do I need to update the dll's in every user machine?  or any other solution to fix this.

Hi Danish;

  FWIW: Why not just place the PB App EXE and PB runtime in the same folder on a File Server and just have the business user's run the PB App from a short-cut on their desktop that points to the File Server's location?

Regards ... Chris

Adding to what Shenn said, you can eliminate this hassle by deploying with the new PowerClient feature of PB 2019 R3 (Professional or CloudPro Editions).  It automates not only the updates of runtime DLLs but also your application itself.  Here is more info: https://www.appeon.com/products/power-client

Yes, every machine will need a copy of the latest drivers in order to work.
