Resolved error saving the datawindow in pdf

Hi everyone,

I installed ghostscript 7.06 and seen in control panel its having font also but when opening Pdf file its opening with error(couldnt open pdf file).

Then i installed 8.71 and seen in control panel its not having font in it but when opening pdf file its opening with all design in it but no data.

 

i followed all the steps suggested in https://community.appeon.com/node/add/question 

but couldn't found .INF file in the below 

 Install a new "Sybase DataWindow PS" printer from the GS 9.x 64 bit .INF file located in the GS install's LIB sub-folder

but i added a printer Sybase DataWindow PS folowing control panel-->add printer.

 

Please help is appreciated..

Hi Radha;

      You stopped too soon version wise! Install the latest GhostScript v9.23 or higher and that will fix the font issue. The GhostScript printer .INF file is located in the LIB  folder - for example:  "C:\Program Files\gs\gs9.23\lib".

    Also, don't forget to put the BIN folder in the System Path or add the following environment variable ...

GS_DLL=C:\Program Files\gs\gs9.23\bin

You would use the GhostScript INF file when creating the "Sybase DataWindow PS" printer definition.



When the O/S Printer installer asks for the INF file to be used - direct it to the G.S. one.

Sir,



I was just doing add printer -->local printer-->port = using existing file -->then selecting any PS printer and renamed as Sybase datawindow .



Please suggest me how to proceed it with screen shot,that will be more clear.
