Resolved Datawindow SaveAs PDF not generating all pages

Hi!

I've created a datawindow that gets data from a Microsoft Access Database to generate a contract.  In preview, it shows all the content properly except the page number.  When I print to PDF or Save As PDF, I only see page 1 and 2 out of 4. Any ideas as to why this is happening?

I can provide the database and datawindow if necessary.

Hey Chris,

  • PB version & build: 2022 Build 1900
  • O/S version & build: Windows 11 Pro, 22H2
  • Using a Postscript (distill) or NATIVE PDF engine: Native PDF.

Hi Tim;

If I recall correctly, there was an R2 beta support ticket from a customer that was having similar missing parts in their PDF's. I know that Engineering created a fix for that ticket. You might want to give PB 2022 R2 GA a quick try as it's now an officially released product & see if that addresses your issue. HTH
