Hi PB Gurus

I am having some difficult time trying this CloudPro trial..

This is what I have

- I have a licensed PB 2017 R3 Standard edition

- I downloaded and ran the PB Installer, which installed PB 2019 and PB 2019 R2

- by doing so, I have PB 2019 R2 Build 2328 IDE, SnapDevelop, Powerscript Migrator for SnapDevelop, And dot Net DataStore installed

- Since I have a registered/paid license of PB 2017 R3 before the install, I logged in this 2019 R2 with the same credentials. It passed the authentication.

- In the tool bar all i see is this very lonely SnapDevelop icon on top all by itself. Nothing else (other than the powerbar that's there by default). I don't see all others that would do the migration and other stuff to deploy my desktop app to web. I just noticed that when I launch PB 2019 R2, the PowerServer toolbar appears for a sec or two then disappears. Why does it act like that?

Where did I do wrong? How/what should I do to get the rest of the PowerServer toolbar buttons?

I am very frustrated

Thank you for any help.

CJ

Send us a screenshot of the following screen to verify your trial is really taking effect: https://docs.appeon.com/appeon_online_help/pb2019r2/appeon_license_user_guide/ch03s01.html#d0e888

Also, make sure you have clicked the "Refresh license" link in that window.

By the way, PowerServer 2021 should be a big improvement over PowerServer 2020... we hope to support all PowerBuilder features.
