Hola

Tengo un archivo en formato Byte 64 que deseo convertir a JPG, alguien sabra como hacerlo.

Hola Oscar;
 
     Las imágenes JPG son de naturaleza de 8, 24 o 32 bits. El bitness regula la profundidad de color y la nitidez. No existe un JPG de 64 bits en este momento AFAIK.

Parece que el JPG está envuelto en un flujo de datos de 64 bytes y luego solo necesita ser convertido de nuevo a su modo nativo.
