We are uploading a package to Android and we mark the tool that needs a minimum Android API in 28 (Android 9.0) and we currently have an Android API 26, when we will have a solution to this problem ??? Regards!

Yes, I happen to comment that, I have PowerServer (PB Edition) 2019 Build 2082.00 and Appeon PowerBuilder 2019 build 2082.

I see, then please open a support ticket https://www.appeon.com/standardsupport/newbug because Android 9.0 should be supported in PowerServer 2019 according to the product documentation https://www.appeon.com/support/documents/appeon_online_help/pb2019/installation_guide_for_powerserver_pb_edition/ch02s01s01.html
