I may be developing inside an AWS sandbox environment which probably won't have it's own internet access. How do we get an Offline Licence for PB 2022?

Hi Matt, In virtualized environment you are not permitted to use offline license. So you must go with online license and have the security team make exception for these ports: https://docs.appeon.com/pb2022r3/appeon_license_user_guide/ch03s01.html
