I am in a high school setting and a new employee needs access to the faslineclient.com site when I go there the appeon install comes up i have logged into the machine as an administrator and tried the install and added the site to the list of trusted sites but when the site is loaded a box flashes on the screen for a fraction of a second and the whole screen is blank. I am using IE and no browser was open during install I could use some help.

The browser plugin you are installing does not support IE. Try Chrome or FireFox.

Doesn't seem to me any obvious thing you are doing wrong. I would recommend contact FAS so they can help you troubleshoot. https://www.financialaidservices.com/contact/

I am going to www.faslineclient.com
This prompts me the download the appeonbrowser that i have attached below. I run this and it asks to accept the certificate and it seems like it runs. Then when it's done I open IE and go back to the site a block opens in the middle of the page for a fraction of a second then it sits there blank. I have tried this on 2 different machines with the same issue both running windows 10 education

Hi Robert .. your URL link above works for me via FF, Edge or Chrome. This is the "multi-browser" plug-in though that is being transmitted. It works with all MS-Windows Browsers *except" IE. If you need the IE plug-in, you will need to speak with your operations/application team(s) to get access to that specific IE plug-in.

What is the exact URL you are using?
Are you getting any error messages?
