You mean one user running app against the same server works but for second user using same server does not? It is important to identify if it is environment problem on the app user side or on the Web server side?

Yes, for most of the users ist runs without problems, but for two users I had connection problems. Downloading ist starting and stops after a few seconds with error. On retrying, the next packages are loaded, then stops again. You can repeat this game until you have success or not. Maybe on webserver side or client side there is a firewall, which closes ports. I am hosting the clod client it on an ftp server of my web provider. I do not know, which configuration my customers have.

I had this the first time. I tested it on my own Win11 notebook with PB2022 and it worked fine.

But during the installation at the customer I had several problems. I had to restart the downloading procedure by launcher several times. It stopped without notifications and there were many .tmp files left.

I had this restart - problem also at another customer, who has a very fast fibreglass connection. Maybe a firewall on any side blocks this too fast access. browser says "website temporary not available". (but it was available for me)



After that still some files were missing, and I copied them manually in the PBAPPS Application directory. The application was starting once. After that the xml was no longer readable.



cloud client installation is not stable enough so far. Sometimes you have to open ports 26568-26569 to get it run. Admins don't like opening ports.

yes it looks like BOM. But who does the insert? The original file is without BOM

Doesn't know. Haven't seen that issue in our environment.

What would happen if you make this file read only?
