We are testing Powerbuilder 2022 before installing it on our working environment.

When we generate XML files through the datastore's SAveAs feature using an xml template, the first line of the XML file always ends with character LF (Unix mode) instead of CR LF (Windows mode).

The others line end properly with the characters CR LF  

With the previous version of Powerbuilder we were using (PB2019 build 2170) we never had this problem, all lines ended with CR LF (windows mode).

We tried to generate a new data window from scratch, but the problem is still there, the first line of the Xml file also ends with the LF character.

Does anyone as the same issues, is there a reason for this beaviour ?

We are worried that this could cause some problems with the SEPA files we are generating and that the bank wont be able to read them due to the wrong End of line character.

We did all the tests on windows 10 or Windows Server 2016.
