Hi,

we use NativePDF method to export datawindow to pdf, but pdf have not same font as original datawindow. Arial looks different and Courier is not bold in pdf. I don't know, what is wrong.

Does your default printer (Kyocera?, Lexmark?) uses an old printer driver. Update the driver to the newest one and try it again. Perhaps this will help.

Have a look here:

Open the application object. In the properties tab, click the "Additional Properties" button:

In the response window that opens, navigate to the PDF Export tab. If the "Packaging custom fonts in the generated PDF files" checkbox is not checked, try checking it, Apply, then re-test to see if that helps. No guarantees, but it's worth a try.

Note: Checking this option will bundle fonts used into the PDF, increasing its size.

Here is a link to information about this option:

Look under the heading "Saving as PDF Using NativePDF! method with PDFlib".

Hi, Miroslav -

What version/release/build of PB are you using? There have been a number of changes to NativePDF since it was first introduced in PB 2017, so knowing this information will help us help you better.

Best regards, John
