Hello,

One of my customers carried out a Windows update on his environment (KB5036896).

Since then, he no longer has access to his login screen when he launches the application (PB2019R3).
However, it does appear in the task manager.

Have you ever had this problem?

Regards,

Laurent

Hi

Looking at the screen shot the DFR App Icon is on the Task Bar. Are you able to manipulate the window via that? Can you maximise the window? Has the window opened minimised?

David

Hello David,

I'll ask my client and keep you posted.

Thanks a lot

Hello David,

The DFR App Icon on the Task Bar is a shortcut put there by a user, and not linked to the entry in the Task Manager.

So it's impossible to manipulate the window via that.

That's a shame. In task manager what happens when you "Bring to Front"?
