Resolved Why my datawindows cannot been open properly

Hi, When i double click my project's datawindows obj, it shown blank windows as below. but when i run powerbuilder with Administration access, i can open datawindows properly. can i know how should i fixing this issue?

 

all windows show blank when open dw

Hi, HB -

It appears from the screenshot that you are using Windows 11 (permit me to offer my condolences ;-)). You did not state what version of PB you are using... which is always a good idea when posting any question. However, I see a hint in the File Explorer window that you might be using PB 2017. If so, please be aware that PB 17 is no longer supported by Appeon and it was never certified for use on Windows 11. The initial release of PB 2022 R1 (Build 1878) is the first version supported for use on Windows 11.

The PB IDE is also not certified to run on any server edition of Windows.

Are you using a version of the PB IDE that is supported on Windows 11? Please provide your PB version, release and build, along with the version information about your Windows O/S environment.
