Resolved Where is PB Demo DB V2019R3 database file ?

Hi Guys, 

Do you have any idea to obtain the PB Demo DB V2019R3 database file in order to run PowerBuilder 2019 R3 demo samples?

Note: No connection issue when I connected  SQL Anywhere 17 Demo database.

Do you have installed the DemoDB with PowerBuilder?

Look in ODBC manager to see if the DataSource exists.

The location of the database file is C:\Users\Public\Documents\Appeon\PowerBuilder 19.0\pbdemo2019R3.db

Hi René,

No, but I install all components from Powerbuilder-2019 R3-2670-EN-GA installer.

No luck, couldn't find it. 

 

"The location of the database file is C:\Users\Public\Documents\Appeon\PowerBuilder 19.0\pbdemo2019R3.db"

No luck, couldn't find pbdemo2019R3.db file.

I think that installation process asked for existing SQL Anywhere installation. If no was specified it doesn't install the DemoDB.

Hi René, this issue is resolved after I re-install SQL Anywhere database, and re-install PowerBuilder 2019 R3 relevant components.
