Hi all,

I'm using PB2019 r3 build 2703.

I would like to add my Workspace to Git but the option "Add to Source Control" on the right-click on the workspace is not there. Is there any additional configuration that I should make?

Thank you,

Mihai

Hi Mihai;

  If you check the "About" dialogue ... are you using the Standard, Professional or CloudPro edition?

Normally, you would see this option right off the WorkSpace via the RMB, as follows:

Hi Chris,

I have the Standart edition. Should I switch to Professional in order to display the option? How I can do it?

Thank you!

Hi Mihai;

That feature should be in the Standard edition as well. It could be possible that you did *not* perform a "full" installation with your PB2019 R3. Please try reinstalling with all features checked in the Appeon Installer. Also FWIW: I would also recommend installing the 1st maintenance release as well (MR01 build 2703) as it addresses a few GA nuances.

Hi Mihai,

When you installed PowerBuilder, did you use the default options or did you choose not to install some components, especially the SCC interface? You can double verify by checking if you have the PBSourceControl.dll file in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Appeon\PowerBuilder 19.0\IDE".

I suggest that you re-install PowerBuilder with all component and see if it resolves the issue.

Regards,

Tom Jiang
