After I've upgraded my PB2022 to MR 1900, now I'm unable to open PB2022 on a second PC although I'm not logged in any other PC. Gives message already Logged in another PC. Please advise\how-to.

Thanks,

Mike

No, I cannot logon into neither one. Appeon has contacted me and has given it a ticket number.

Can you still log in on the "original" PC? If so then log out again on that one.

If not, contact support@appeon.com

I guess when I upgraded to MR 1900 it unchecked 'Sign out on exit'. However, now that I checked it, I can't log into PB2022 with neither PCs. Getting below error on both PCs with no PB2022 running.

Hi Mike;

You can check your login status here & then also log yourself out (clear the license server) in order to continue ...

Hi Mike;

  If the other PB IDE instance crashed and did not complete the logout - then this could lead to your issue. You can check your login status here & then also log yourself out in order to continue ...

  The other aspect is that you did not set your 1st IDE instance to log you out automatically on exit in your Account Management settings, as follows ..

HTH
