Hello All,

I have a composite datawindow report, which have multiple DW as usual, one of them have string array type retrieval argument.

But in composite datawindow I can’t create any array type retrieval argument.

 I would appreciate all your advice on this issue.

Yes, this is a limitation for composite datawindows for a long time.

You can try to change the type for retrieval argument in exported source (e.g. "number" to "numberlist"). In the datawindow painter you will see a wrong type but in a test it worked for me.

As workaround you can get a nested datawindow as DataWindowChild and code the retrieval.

Hi René;

Yes, any array data types should be supported. Please create a Support Ticket for this enhancement. Arrays should have been supported a long time ago!

PS: your "Edit Source" tip for "numberlist" works great - very "kool"!

Regards ... Chris
