Hi 

Though not to all users, many people whoever working with VDI, Powerbuilder applications fails to connect COM objects, example we have been facing this issue while we connect Internet explorer using the following syntax oleobjet.connecttonewobject("internetexplorer.applciation")

I am just thinking OLE_OBJECT.CONNECTTONEWREMOTEOBJECT(hostname,url) may help.

We could not recreate the issues from our end hence requesting your help and advice.

 

Note: Especially it occurs to the users having Windows10. even I am having same setup but could not see this issue recreated.

IE are there, Version 1909, what if COM objects can not be activated?

Maybe the IE is not installed as Windows 10 feature?
