Folder does exists and have full permissions. But, I would like to say, SVN server is located on different machine and domain (ex:- XYZ domain) and my computer is on different domain (ex:- ABC domain). I suspect, that could be the reason to unable to connect to local folder of my computer. How would I resolve this issue? Do I need to set any Environment variables?

Thank you in advance.

I cannot reproduce this issue. Please check if the folder exists and if you have full permission to the folder or if you misspelled the folder path. Please also try checking out to a different drive.  If you still have the issue, I recommend that you open a support ticket to Appeon Support: https://www.appeon.com/standardsupport/newbug.
