Resolved TX Textcontrol X14 - RTE trouble

Is there anybody who uses the 3rd party RTE control in Powerbuilder 2017?

We got a trial version of this control from the manufacturer and we are currently evaluating the control. Now we see some oddities:

* Modifications to the content of the RTE vanishes when the control is loosing focus

* Modifications can not be saved to the database

Beyond this, the control works fine and it renders (and prints) its content properly.

Has anybody seen similar issues? Would we blame this behaviour on Appeon or rather on the manufacturer of X14?

We gladly supply a test case if needed.

Have use TE Edit Control from Sub Systems for several years and it works well.

  If you easily provide a test case, then I would suggest opening a Support Ticket for this issue.

Also, please make sure you are using the correct version of the control. Not the latest version they have available.
