Does the Translation Toolkit support Microsoft UI Automation Framework, or any other options for automating the process of translating?

You mean you want to translate the static text in your application UI or you mean translate the data in the DB?

We use Translation Toolkit (manually) to translate our PB application to other languages, so yes, I mean the static text in the application UI.

I've actually automated the process with the help of AutoHotKey, but I'm interested if there is another option available.

The only popular option I am aware of is Enable for PowerBuilder, but this is commercial third part product: https://www.enable-pb.com/
