 Hi guys,

 

using pb 2019 R3 , we suddenly don't receive any "powerbuilder application errors" anymore when we are running our exe from within the IDE.

instead our exe just sits there and does nothing.

i guess i have adjusted unintentionally a setting somewhere ?

any way i can have my 'beloved' powerbuilder application error boxes appear again please ?

i've found the cause , i had the JUST IN TIME DEBUGGING accidently checked in the DEBUG section of the system options...

However, I always use JITD setting ON and I do not have this issue. Weird!

Hi John;

   Can you tell us ...

  • What O/S version & build are you using?
  • What PB version & build are you using?
  • Are you compiling to 32bit or 64 bit App EXE?
  • Are you compiling to P-Code or M-Code?
  • What mechanism are you using to build the App EXE?
