in powerbuilder how can i create a datawindow with date and time showing on left side on window and if i want to show an object like a rectangle with the date and time on window it should in line with given date and time and appear on window. if i drag rectangle up and down date and time should be change for rectangle. time schedule should display with 5 minutes difference to next step. it should changeable 5, 10, 15 .... etc.
