Resolved Themes not working under Window 7 Pro after build

Hi All,

 

Now i am trying out the themes under PB2019 Universal.

I managed to get the themes to work under the PB2019 but after compiled, the themes is not working anymore.

 

OS : window 7 Pro 64bits

"Window Classic Style" is not checked when building project.

Hi Chee Boon;

      Did you copy the "Theme190" folder located in the PB2019 installation's "Shared" folder to the folder where you deployed your EXE?

Hi Chris,

 

i got it. i have rename the folder to "themes". this caused the issue.

After i rename back to "theme190", it works now. thanks you.

Have you deployed the theme(s) alongside your app?

See help files: PowerBuilder Help > Users Guide > Working with targets > Specifying application properties > Specifying a theme for the application UI > Applying a theme

Look approx halfway down that page - section header = To select a theme in the painter:

Bullet point = Theme Path

This contains discussion of location for theme files.
