We have some PSR files in which there are some vertical texts, those text are getting shifted from there place (example in below image), When we are pasting pb.ini file which contains "[PB] PBESCAPEMENTMODE=1" in the installation folder, those issue got resolved but for some other PSR files which don't have issue earlier, now vertical text is getting shifted from places.

PSR files has been created using InfoMaker which is created by different organization.

I also tried to analyze both type of PSR's, unfortunately haven't found any difference b/w them.

Using the arial font in the PSR files.

 Thanks

Hi Dhruv ;

  This could be an issue if the version & build of InfoMaker that creates the report(s) is not the same version & build of PowerBuilder. That is because the PSR contains the DW Object source as well as the data. Thus, changes in DW Source between how IM creates it and how PB interprets it could created a misalignment. Are the version & builds the same for the IM & PB that you are using?

Hi Dhruv ;

If you can recreate the issue using the currently supported same versions of IM & PB 2022 and can supply a test case, then please open a Support Ticket for this issue.

Chris,

Did you mean to recreate psr file in same version of IM and check whether issue is reproducible or not?
