Getting Error while Connecting to Oracle 12.2.0.1(64 Bit) - Error details - SQLSTATE = IM014 using

PowerBuilder Standard. Is it a compatibility issue ? Does PowerBuilder supports Oracle 64Bit ?

Powerbuilder IDE is 32 bit only.

If you want to connect from the IDE or running your application from the IDE, you have to install the Oracle 32 bit client.

You can make a 64 bit executable, for which you would need the Oracle 64 bit client to be installed.

You can install both 32 and 64 bit clients on the same machine without problems.
