We have some problems with the license.
Let me explain: we bought 5 PowerBulider licenses, and so on. the bank’s internal network does not have access to the Internet, we had no choice but to use an offline license. So one license (for me) was used, the product was successfully activated and everything worked, but due to the transition to windows 10, the OS was reloaded on my working computer (installed not as an update, but from the image)
As a result of which, I now do not have the opportunity to use my license, as there was no deactivation, but now I also do not have the opportunity to execute it. Help solve this problem.
