Hello Community!

I created an 32-bit executable (pcode) with DEBUG symbols activated. Within this executable a user created a trace file (.pbp).

If I open this trace file in PowerBuilder 2017 (exact the same target which I used to build the exe) then I get this message:

"The source libraries cannot be found, so the model cannot be build."

What am I doing wrong? How can I open the trace file?

Regards,

Patrick

Hi Patrick;

  How was the Trace file generated in your PB App's EXE?

It was created with TraceBegin & TraceEnd in the source code.

But in the meanwhile we found a solution.

We have stored each PBL in a separate folder due to the usage of version control.

If I open the trace file with this target, then it does not work.

I copied all pbl's, pbd's and the exe into one folder, then I created a new target and with this target I was able to open the trace file.
