When I try to publish it sends permissions error, how can I fix it?

Please launch SnapDevelop under administrator mode to perform this deployment action

The login user I am using is the administrator of the computer.

Right-click on the SnapDevelop application .EXE and select Run As Administrator from the menu. Even you have admin rights you still need to give the app permission to Run As Administrator.
