Is there any additional configuration in PowerBuilder to sign out from my account.

I have multiple environments using PB, in the user account section there is a checkbox to enable/disable "Sign out on Exit". But I noticed the option is not working as expected.

If I have checked that option and then exit from PowerBuilder. If I try to access in another environment with the same account, PB sent a message saying I still logged.

Currently I always need to press Sign out option , to log out from my account. Did I miss some additional configuration to Sign out on exit?

If you crash the IDE you won't be signed out.  Happens to me all the time... :)  Also, if you close Windows and the PB IDE is up and thereby closed by the system, you also won't be singed out.  (Running 2019 R3 MR here).

Hi Erick;

  That "Sign out on Exit" check box in the Account Management dialogue is all that you should need. If checked, the IDE will contact our license servers upon the IDE closure.

  If that is not happening, please open a Support Ticket for this issue.
