Where is the technical document that explains how to do sftp with Powerbuilder 2017 R2 and what need installed?  I'm getting 'Class not Found' so I'm sure it is a registry issue or I don't have all the files.

Thanks for your help,  Sue.

Congratulations on your success!

Out of curiosity, do you use the ListDirectory function for a file list of the remote server, and does it work for you?

If so, would appreciate any details you have about getting the objects out of the returned collection.

Thanks.

Someone had posted a partial winscp about two weeks here. You might give that a try.

WinSCP is a third party COM control, Appeon won't have any documentation. If an end user gets it to work, it would be nice if they posted the information where we can all find it.

Oh ok, I always used XCeed before but we don't have that tool here.  For some reason I thought they were embedding an ftp tool in Powerbuilder 2017 R2 but probably had gotten wrong information.  Does anyone have any recommendations about what tools seem to work best with the new operating systems?

My FTPClient app is a WinInet wrapper which does not support SFTP unfortunately.

If you can spend some money on it, http://www.chilkatsoft.com/ has a good product and they have PowerBuilder code examples.
