SendGetRequest Reject only on Powerbuilder 2021 or SnapDevelop 2021

Hi , Friends

I am testing using get from web api tester SnavDevelop 2021, return 200 status ok

but does not bring the expected result is:

(I get the same result from PowerBuilder with the Restclient object)

but

I try from any WEB API tester (https://reqbin.com/) the result TRUE or FALSE

I have already tried all the possible configurations but it keeps rejecting me only from PowerBuilder or SnapDevelop

please what else can i try
